All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Delivery Timeframes by Region

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 5–7 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–9 business days

  • Australia : 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping season.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $99 USD

  • Orders under $99 will be charged shipping at checkout, based on your location and package weight.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

⏱ Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking status first.

  • If there are no updates for more than 5 days, please email us at info@trendjacket.com.
    We will investigate lost shipments and offer a reshipment or refund once confirmed.

🧾 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

📍 Address Accuracy

We ship to the exact address provided during checkout.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
